T-Mobile has been working with Gogo for in-flight perks for Un-carrier subscribers for quite some time now, but the two companies’ latest offer is for everyone traveling this Labor Day.
T-Mobile has announced that on Labor Day, September 3, folks who are flying on a Gogo Wi-Fi-equipped domestic flight can get 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi, whether they are a T-Mobile customer or not.
This is a nice way to market T-Mobile’s perks. As a quick refresher, T-Mobile One customers see similar perks on the regular, including one hour of free smartphone Wi-Fi access while on a Gogo-supported domestic flight along with unlimited in-flight text messaging. Meanwhile, T-Mobile One Plus subscribers get unlimited Wi-Fi access while on a Gogo-equipped flight, as long as it’s a domestic trip.
Even if you aren’t planning on switching to T-Mobile any time soon, this is still a nice perk the Un-carrier is offering on one of the busiest days of travel there is in the United States. Are you planning on taking advantage of this promo?
