While TCL and BlackBerry Mobile have been getting the lion’s share of attention when it comes to designing new BlackBerry-branded devices, there are actually two additional companies that have the license to build those handsets, too.
The rules for this situation dictate that some companies can build BlackBerry handsets in some regions. The other two companies are BB Merah Putih and Optiemus Infracom, and we have finally seen what the latter of the two has been working on thanks to a new leak from Evan Blass (@evleaks) on Twitter.
BlackBerry 'Ghost': a bezel-less, premium Android handset from licensee Optiemus; coming soon to India. pic.twitter.com/KTAvKbDl5v

There isn’t a lot of information to go on here. Blass does confirm that the handset will be released by Optiemus and that it will be landing in India at some point in the future. He also confirms that the handset will be “bezel-less”, and it will indeed be a premium BlackBerry-branded handset for that regional market.
No information on any specifications, or how much the phone will cost when it does arrive, or even a launch date at this point. Still, we get a pretty clear look at a sleek looking BlackBerry handset.
Based on looks alone, would you pick up the Ghost if it launched in another market outside of India?
