Nokia’s Android smartphones arrive in first half of 2017

Nokia will reenter the mobile market in 2017 with Android-powered smartphones.

The company has launched a brand new website dedicated to its phones, acting as a proper precursor to the phones and tablets it plans on launching next year. Nokia is working with HMD Global Oy (HMD) to make this goal a reality through a brand licensing deal that will last 10 years.

Nokia-branded Android phones will see the light of day beginning in the first half of 2017.

Will a Nokia Android-based smartphone be able to compete with the other Android device manufacturers? It looks like we don’t have long to wait to find out.

Are you looking forward to see what Nokia launches?
