If you were hoping to get your hands on a flagship like the ASUS Zenfone 3 Deluxe, we’re sorry to tell you the producing company is not bringing it to Canada anymore.
Previously ASUS said the phone will be available with Best Buy, Canada Computers, Memory Express, Newegg and Staples for $669 CAD a pop. Well it seems this is no longer the case.
According to the Android Community, the Taiwanese device maker confirmed that the ZenFone 3 won’t be launched in Canada anymore. ASUS didn’t give any reasons for the decision.
In case you don’t remember, the ASUS Zenfone 3 Deluxe was supposed to land with a spacious 5.7-inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixel resolution and Snapdragon 820 under the hood. The phone was supposed to make it out with a hefty 6GB of RAM onboard in combination with 64GB (expandable via microSD to 256GB).
The phone also has a 23MP main camera with laser/phase detection autofocus, OIS and dual-LED flash plus an 8MP selfie snapper.
Even if the Zenfone 3 Deluxe is no longer an option in Canada, customers can still grab a Zenfone 3 for $429.99 CAD a pop.
But if you really-really want the Deluxe variant, Amazon US is selling it, so you can grab it from there, although it’s a watered down version.
