LeEco phones and TVs expanding to U.S. retailers; free DirecTV Now offer for limited time

In October, LeEco officially entered the U.S. market with two new smartphones: the Le Pro 3 and Le S3. However, availability for the devices was limited, as they were only available through LeEco’s digital storefront.

That’s changing beginning December 1. LeEco has confirmed that its smartphones will soon become available from several national retailers in the United States. That includes Best Buy, where the devices will be available both online and in brick-and-mortar locations, Target’s website, and Amazon. On top of that, LeEco will be keeping its LeMall website’s storefront open 24/7 from here on out.

LeEco will be offering its TVs in the same U.S. storefronts, too.

That’s a big step for LeEco, to be sure, and it will be interesting to see how wider availability in the U.S. will impact its sales moving forward.

LeEco also confirmed a limited-time deal for the newly-revealed DirecTV Now from AT&T. If you pick up a qualifying LeEco-branded device between November 29 and January 5, you’ll get free DirecTV Now service for a period of time:

  • 3 months of DirecTV Now free with the purchase of a Le Pro3, Le Pro3, or a Super4 X43 Pro ecotv
  • 6 months of DirecTV Now free with the purchase of a Super4 X55 or Super4 X65 ecotv
  • 12 months of DirecTV Now free with the purchase of a uMax85 ecotv

Will you pick up a LeEco product from one of the U.S. retailers when they become available?
