Samsung has already started working on the successor to the Galaxy S7 series released this year and it looks like an insider has already spilled the beans of what the Galaxy S8 will be like.
A user on Chinese site Weibo has reveled some potential features of the Galaxy S8 even though the device isn’t slated for release until Spring 2017. So far, the phone will come with a dual rear camera setup, with a 12MP and 13MP shooter, while the front camera gets bumped up to 8MP. Samsung isn’t the first company with dual rear cameras as LG and HTC have already released phones in the past that came with two rear cameras.
The phone will also include the same Iris Scanner found on the Galaxy Note 7, although it’s not stated whether or not it will bring any improvements.
Expect Galaxy S8 news to become more frequent in the coming weeks and months ahead.
