Sony Xperia Z1s unveiled – launching January 13 exclusively on T-Mobile

During Sony’s press event at CES, the Xperia Z1s was finally unveiled. As expected, the spec sheet on the Sony Xperia Z1s is comprised of a 5-inch 1080p display, quad-core 2.2GHz processor, 2GB RAM, a 20.7 MP camera and a 3000mAh battery, NFC, up to 32GB of storage and a microSD card slot. The phone does not feature anything that we haven’t already seen from Sony, but it is the first 4.3-inch device from any manufacturer in nearly two years that comes with flagship level specs. The Sony Xperia Z1s is also the first “water proof” flagship phone from Sony with an IP58 rating – allowing the device to be submerged in 4.9 feet of water for up to 30 minutes.

The Sony Xperia Z1s will be available exclusively on T-Mobile in the US market on January 13 online and January 22 in participating T-Mobile stores. Pricing is at $528 and you can get a $100 Visa Gift Card when you purchase the Sony Xperia Z1s and a Play Station 4.
