Remember that time that images of white versions of the Motorola Droid Mini and Droid Ultra made their way online? Well I’ve got some good news for folks that liked what they saw in that leak! Verizon is now selling both the white Droid Mini and white Droid Ultra on its website, offering consumers a third color option in addition to the black and black/red variants that’ve been available for a while now. Pricing for the white Droid Mini is set at $49.99 with a two-year contract, $16.81 per month on Verizon Edge or $399.99 without a contract. Meanwhile, the pale Droid Ultra will set buyers back $99.99 with a two-year commitment, $18.97 on Verizon Edge or $449.99 without a contract.
As I mentioned when these white Droids first leaked, the white versions of the Mini and Ultra are a tad different than the red models that Verizon has been selling. Rather than sporting a two-tone white and black look like some other “white” smartphones, the white Droid Mini and Droid Ultra feature chassis that are totally white, which should please those folks that aren’t into the whole panda/Stormtrooper smartphone look. If you’re interested in snagging either of these snowy white handsets to help get you in the winter spirit, you can find their “Add to Cart” buttons awaiting your click at the links below.
