Kingdom Hearts Dark Road revealed as official name for Project Xehanort (Update)

Square Enix has revealed a new Kingdom Hearts game for mobile, and it's tentatively titled Project Xehanort. The reason for this placeholder name is so Square Enix can drum up press by asking everyone to join a Twitter campaign to guess the game's name.

Now, I would like to point out that Square Enix often holds its cards close to its chest, rarely sharing meaningful gameplay videos or screenshots for its free-to-play mobile games, so it's hardly a surprise to see the company lean into this attitude with the launch of today's "guess the name" campaign for Project Xehanort.

Nintendo is adding an optional $10 monthly subscription pass to Fire Emblem Heroes

Nintendo has revealed that Fire Emblem Heroes will be the next mobile game from the company to receive a subscription pass. Back in November of 2019, Nintendo released two subscription plans for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. It's also worth noting that Mario Kart Tour was released in September 2019 with a monthly subscription in tow. Clearly, Nintendo has realized the amount of money that can be made by stuffing subscription plans into its free-to-play mobile games, and so fans can expect the upcoming $9.49 monthly Feh Pass subscription to arrive in Fire Emblem Heroes on February 5th.

Samsung Good Lock 2020 update arrives with support for Android 10 and One UI 2.0 (APK Downloads)

Good Lock is an ever-popular way of customizing your Samsung smartphone and, as promised, it received a major update today that brings support for Android 10 and One UI 2.0. Until now, users who upgraded to the latest OS version haven't been able to make use of Good Lock, which apparently needed to be completely reworked.

If your phone originally ran Android 9 Pie, you may need to delete and reinstall every module for them to work properly — some of the updated versions failed to open my Galaxy S10+ until I did so.

Gmail's dark mode has gone missing for some people

The Gmail app was one of Google's last Android applications to get a native dark mode, and it took even longer for the design to appear for everyone in a server-side rollout. Now the option to change themes has gone missing for some people.

Valve's Auto Chess competitor Dota Underlords is coming to Android (Update: Official release Feb. 25)

It would appear that everyone's favorite new MOBA trend is Auto Chess, so of course, Valve has their own version in the works that's built off of Dota.
