LG V30 Plus said to launch alongside V30

The Life’s Good crew has already confirmed that the V30, its next flagship smartphone, will debut on August 31 and that it will have an impressive camera, but apparently it might not be the only handset seeing the lime light on that big day.

According to a report from ETNews, LG plans on launching the V30 Plus on the same day. The V30 Plus will apparently only be launching in South Korea, with the report not indicating if an international launch is even being considered.

The V30 Plus will reportedly boast 128GB of built-in storage, while the V30 will offer 64GB. And the V30 Plus may be getting a few other features, too, that might not be making it to the V30 proper, including Hi-Fi audio and wireless charging. The report is not really clear on this part, saying that the two devices will have these differences in place, but not saying which device will be getting what.

Meanwhile, both smartphones will reportedly both feature a 6-inch OLED display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor under the hood. Furthermore, they are both likely to feature 6GB of RAM. So it sounds like both V30 models will have similar specs across the board, with only a couple of key changes for the Korean market.

Are you looking forward to the V30′s unveiling?
