From the Editor's Desk: Strap in, folks

We've reached that point of the year at which I'm required once again to remind you of the following: Shit's gonna get crazy.

Let's recap the next couple of weeks: This week we've got the IFA conference in Berlin. I'm sitting it out this year, but Alex and Richard have it covered, with an able hand from the one and only Derek Kessler. They'll be on hand for Samsung's Unpacked event there in Germany, and Andrew and I will be at the New York event. Liveblogging and intravenous caffeine injections start at 9 a.m. EDT.

Then it's off to the airport for Andrew and myself, as we head to Chicago for Motorola's big throwdown on Thursday. New phones, new wearables, and probably a few other things. Then home for the weekend before heading off to Las Vegas for the CTIA Super Mobility Week conference. No rest for the wicked.

And this, again, is the point at which I remind you that the live event coverage is just the start of things to come. As I spelled out in this space some six months ago, the live news coverage is just a small part of what we do. We're going to crawl inside every nook and cranny of these devices. We're going to help everyone learn to use them, whether they're your first devices, or your 200th. Some of these tutorials will be far too elementary for many of you. And that's OK. You have my permission to skip them. And I strongly encourage us all to respect those who are just starting out and need the extra help. We're here for everyone. And we're here to help.

Swing Copters 1.2.0 APK

From the creators of Flappy bird, the delete for no reason now this year GEARS Studios creates a Swing Copters for popularity for more people play and became popular again.

There are few games out there that a real simple to control with a single tap, simple to understand and look nice with pixels. But Swing Copters, from the same developer that brought us Flappy Bird, is more difficult and whole different level.

One of the games that you cannot play for more than 5 minutes, but nothing wrong with the app itself. Swing Copters is a frustrating game, and it will makes you want to throw your phone on the ground. It can be really fun once you get the hang of it, but it can also make you want to punch a hole in the wall next to you.

The concept of the game is quite good actually. Just like Flappy Bird but in the vertical field, Swing Copters asks you to navigate the main character through a series of obstacles. You must control for the safety of a little man with a very unstable propeller hat to avoid the steel girders and swinging hammers that block your way to the top. Its looks simple, but simple doesn’t always mean easy. You take this character and fly trying to avoid the hammers of death through anti-gravity platforms. Doesn't this just sound like fun. Also get medals but if you except them to be every ten platforms you are wrong.

When it was firstly released, it was hard like very hard, nearly impossible to play. Then the latest update made the game easier and fix some crucial bugs. For those who continue to complain about the difficulty, realize that the latest update actually made the game much easier. The Game is not too hard but not too easy for now.

Old versions of Swing Copters:

- Swing Copters APK 1.1.0

- Swing Copters APK 1.0.1

- Swing Copters APK 1.0.0

Requires Android: 3.0+

Download File: 3.2MB (Swing Copters APK)

Huawei’s much awaited Ascend Mate 7′s release is imminent, and looks to be happening this Thursday. To hold you over until then, some pictures of the device have been leaked showing the front and back of the 6-inch monster.Huawei-ascend_leaked_image-2 The phablet will feature the finger scanner that has been rumoured, as seen in the photo above, and will also sport a 1080p display, 13/5 MP camera (back and front, respectively), 2 GB RAM and 16 GB ROM, and a whopping 4,000 mAh battery. The processor running the beast is a HiSilicon Kirin 920, which has four more powerful Cortex-A15 cores, and four less battery-intensive Cortex-A7 cores. As far as price goes, it’s anyone’s guess at this point, but don’t expect anything outrageous–Huawei is know for hitting that perfect price to maximize consumer value.
