HTC earned plenty of attention with its HTC 10 flagship smartphone earlier this year, but it looks like they want to grab some additional eyeballs with a new mid-range device coming to their Desire line later this year.
According to Evan Blass (@evleaks), HTC has plans to launch a “Desire 10″ later this year. Blass later added that he’s heard the device will launch by the end of the third quarter, but any additional details about the upcoming handset are unknown. If the launch window is true, we could see the Desire 10 be announced sometime in September.

The Desire 10 could offer a few design choices similar to the HTC 10, but it’s still unknown what specifications the handset will bring to the table. Still, if you’re in the market for a new mid-range device or expect to be later this year, it might be worth waiting to see what HTC launches.
