Samsung took the wraps off the Galaxy Note5 last night, its alternative flagship for those after more screen real estate.
Following in the same vein of its smaller flagship sibling the Galaxy S6, the Galaxy Note5 — intended spelling — has done away entirely with plastic, retaining its metal frame while adding a familiar glass panel we’ve seen from this year’s Galaxy S6. The rear glass panel on the Galaxy Note5 tapers at its sides, presumably to assist with its fit in hand, which is something handy when wielding a smartphone with a 5.7-inch display.
Speaking of which, yes the Galaxy Note5 phablet hasn’t grown in display size over the Note 4 — or even the Note 3 for that ...
