Ratchet and Clank: BTN hits Google Play with tie-in to PS3 title

A new title in the Ratchet and Clank franchise hit the Google Play store sporting a connection with the PS3 title Ratchet and Clank: Nexus. The new Android game is Ratchet and Clank: BTN where BTN stands for “Before the Nexus” and introduces the characters to the infinite runner genre of games. The bad guys in this title come from the PS3 game, including Vendra, Neftin Prog and Thugs 4 Less. While “running” along the rails and avoiding evil minions, Ratchet and Clank can collect bolts that can be used to upgrade weapons and armor. If you are the type that doesn’t want to collect the bolts yourself, in-app purchase options exist to accelerate upgrades.

The other goal you will have in the game is to collect Raritanium. This will be especially useful if you have the PS3 title as you can sync with your PSN account and then access that Raritanium when you fire up Ratchet and Clank: Nexus on the PS3.
