Moto E4 Plus joins Amazon Prime Exclusive, features 5000mAh battery and $139.99 price tag

Following its official debut in early June, the Moto E4 Plus is officially ready for launch in the U.S.

Amazon is now taking pre-orders for the Moto E4 Plus. Pricing for the Prime Exclusive models starts at $139.99 for the model with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage and goes up to $159.99 for version with 32GB of storage. If you’d prefer a non-Prime Exclusive version, you’ll pay $179.99 for the 16GB version and $199.99 for the 32GB.

All four models come unlocked with support for all four major U.S. carriers. They’ll begin shipping on August 11th.

Amazon’s Prime Exclusive phones offer deep discounts on smartphones in exchange for you viewing Amazon deals. The Prime Exclusive phones come with personalized deals on their lock screens as well as some preloaded Amazon applications.

Verizon is also selling the Moto E4 Plus, offering it for $129.99. It looks like Verizon is only offering the 16GB version of the device, though, so folks interested in the 32GB model will have to buy from Amazon.

The Moto E4 Plus runs Android 7.1 on a 5.5-inch 1280×720 display. It’s got a 13-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front-facing camera, each with its own LED flash, as well as 2GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 427 processor. There are models with 16GB and 32GB of storage, both of which come with a microSD slot, and there’s a fingerprint reader as well.

Rounding things out is the most notable feature of the Moto E4 Plus: its battery. The Moto E4 Plus is packing a 5000mAh battery, which is just plain huge. With a large battery and a modest feature set, the Moto E4 Plus ought to have some pretty great battery life.
