The OnePlus 5’s launch is getting closer and closer. Now a new leak allegedly reveals the back of the phone.
The OnePlus logo has been blurred, which makes us a bit suspicious about the validity of the image, but at a glance it sure does look like we’re starring at an OnePlus phone with a dual camera setup on the back.
While we don’t have any definitive information about the OnePlus 5’s spec sheet, we can tell you that in all probability the device will come boasting a Snapdragon 835 chipset and up to 8GB of RAM. The OnePlus 3T already has 6GB of RAM, so with the next-gen flagship OnePlus might be looking to take things to the next level.
We’ve also heard the phone might come with a 3,600 mAh battery which will bring 25% improvements in terms of charging times. We’ve also heard rumours the phone might bring forth an even larger 4,000 mAh battery pick and we hope this will indeed be the case.
This year, OnePlus might finally opt to put a QHD panel onboard of this flagship, although this feature might end up increasing the cost of the phone.
The OnePlus 3T is one of the best affordable flagships available on the market and we’re keeping our fingers crossed that the OnePlus 5 will be worthy of its legacy.
