Last week when Oppo announced the unveiling event for the Oppo Find 7, they hinted at the device coming in multiple versions based on the inclusion of “Are” in the teaser image. Some new benchmarks that have posted to AnTuTu support the suggestion that two versions will be released, with the major difference being screen resolution. The benchmark scores show one Find 7 device with a 5.5-inch, 2560×1440 resolution display while the other one just lists the display as “1920×1080″ consistent with a “normal” HD screen. If Oppo is able to meet their schedules, they could very well end up being the first manufacturer to get a smartphone equipped with a 2K display to market.

In addition to the difference in screen resolution, it appears the two devices will have different chipsets installed. The 2K display equipped version is listed as having a Snapdragon 800 MSM8974AC processor running at 2.457GHz while the other Find 7 lists the Snapdragon 800 MSM8974 running at 2.266GHz. Both devices are listed with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage along with Android 4.3 for an operating system.

Besides the new AnTuTu Benchmark scores, web surfers also claim to have discovered the first leaked image of the Find 7. The image supposedly shows the back of the Find 7, sporting a bright purple color. It is hard to tell whether this is just a Photoshop job. We should all probably expect more leaks and rumors regarding the Find 7 devices leading up to the March 19th reveal event.
