  The dark mode flag is now on Chrome Dev, and seems to be enabled by default for some people. It also no longer requires the Chrome Duet UI, so

  According to recent reports, the feature has now trickled down into the current Beta channel, the update for which is rolling out now over on the Play Store.
• Update 3: 2019/04/18 5:16am PDT
  The dark mode flag has trickled down to Chrome Stable.
