Last night Sony Mobile Australia held their launch party for the entire Xperia Z5 line and revealed two of their Xperia Z5 models will be available through carriers and outright from next week.
The Sony Xperia Z5 and Z5 Compact will both be available soonest through carriers or outright, but only Telstra will offer the Z5 Compact on a plan.
That means if you’re after the Xperia Z5 on Optus or Vodafone, you’ll find the only options for either carrier is the black Xperia Z5 on Optus and a white model on Vodafone, with the handset attracting $85 per month and $90 per month respectively on each telco’s $80 plans — after monthly handset repayments are factored in.
