Android Match: NVIDIA promises Android 5.0 Lollipop upgrade for Shield tablet

NVIDIA has today confirmed that its new Shield gaming tablet will be getting an Android 5.0 Lollipop upgrade “and more.” The Shield, like Google’s new Nexus 9, is powered by NVIDIA’s latest Tegra K1 processor. NVIDIA’s announcement comes less than 24 hours after Google made Lollipop official, alongside its new Nexus devices. It makes the
